Immersion into the world of the people we are delivering products or services to, to understand their experience, needs and expectations through research.

Define
Making sense of our research findings to define who we are designing for, identify the right problems to solve and determine what actions we need to take.

Ideate
Generating ideas to solve the problems in a way that benefits people and the business, addresses needs and delivers desirable outcomes.
4.
Prototype and Test
De-risking the development process by creating low-fidelity prototypes and testing concepts with people to validate assumptions and evaluate desirability and viability.

I’m an experience designer, facilitator, educator, multi-disciplinary artist, musician and storyteller on a mission to live a big, juicy, creative life. I use art and creativity to emphasize the importance of play and experimentation in a serious world.
